So often I see a note on LactNet that I want to reply to , but because
this is an e mail list if you hit the reply to key, you reply to the
whole group and not to the person that posted.  Some replies are not
appropriate for the public list.  If everyone that asks for info on
something would take a second to  just add the following to the end of
your post, it would make life much easier for all of us. Having to type
in your email address makes for a great chance of error. Often I don't
even reply because the address is so complicated that I don't have time
to type it all out exactly as it needs to be....  ;-)

That's all you have to put..... Check out the sig file at the bottom of
my post and if you have a fairly recent e mail program you should be
able to just click on my e mail address to send mail to me. Any
questions, please contact me per private e mail.....
