Colleagues: Is any one familiar with the specifics for doing a
creamatocrit? What labs do it? cost? how does one get a really good
sample? is it a really valuable test? are there really great variations
in caloric content? Personally I think not but am not certain. I checked
Lawrence, but can't find a lab here in Syracuse that does them.... not
