Okay, Jack, I'll bite.

Thought #1: Recruit a donor who is already related to mom so that we
don't create "new" brothers and sisters?

Thought #2: Does the relative issue stop at brother and sister level? If
so, then get milk from a grandma whose kids are too old to marry said
baby.
