Pearl,
My greatest concern would be oxytocin release produced by pumping bringing
about early labor.  Since she is already at high risk for pre-term
delivery, I would be a bit cautious here.  I wonder if any of the docs can
suggest a possible drug treatment that would be compatible with lactation?
