I was pleased to read Kathy D's response about The Vital Touch. If we only
recommended or read 'the perfect book' our shelves would be empty.
I receive regular feedback about what we include in our catalogue, and I do
appreciate constructive comments and give serious consideration to that
feedback and add and delete accordingly.
Sometimes I just make a mistake by selecting something I come to regret
advertising, but that's ok too.
The perfect book (for us all) is yet to be written. So long as the book is
'ok overall', I accept small negatives like Kathy D says of LLLI. It's like
the yet to be produced perfect breastfeeding or birth video. The difference
with a video is that educators can generally control the volume or fast
forward button.
There are always journals and newsletters looking for well-written reviews,
so the person who wrote the anonymous review, could contribute to the
discussion out there by submitting a review of this book.
