American Medical News

I read the Jan 19 article "Mother Nature's Formula" by Sandra Briesch.  I
want to thank you and Ms. Briesch for the very comprehensive coverage of
this important topic.  The article covers well the state of breastfeeding
in the U.S., discusses many of the programs now making change in the
country, and names several of the breastfeeding movers and shakers and
their contributions to the cause.

Thank you for seeing the importance of this issue and for bringing
breastfeeding to the attention of all physicians.
