In reply to Veronica Scotts post regarding sleep I was so warmed at her
words regarding the family bed however I was quite perturbed when DR FERBER
was mentioned as another way to get a baby to sleep "that works".
I must point out that formula/artificial baby milk "works" too, it is just
very damaging for all concerned.
The same applies to FERBER, he may work but that doesn't mean it is
healthy, supportive or emotionally enhancing for a child.
Take it from someone who stooped so low as to try FERBERIZING my 7 month
old baby.
TORTUROUS SCREAMS from the darness while I withheld my breast from her.
IMHO Ferber is child abuse.
