I don't know much about the legalities, but how about getting an injunction
vs F&CS for harassment before they have a chance to take baby. (My
pre-emptive strike idea).  Also how about a media campaign (again
pre-emptive) with all kinds of quotes and statements from leaders in field
like Dewey.  Sometimes gov. needs to be reminded of the limits of their
