I recently went to hear a vet lecture about pregnant horses and what to
expect when they foal. (My horse is due next month). She said that if
there is a problem with lactation, of course the vet can give the mare
domperidone to induce lactation. If the veterinary community is aware of
this, why hasn't the medical profession in the USA figured this out? Any
news about when it may become available in the USA?
