Thanks for your reply Kathleen and Jeanne.  I felt that I was right
in still using posture feeding, but thought I had better check.  I
live in a town of 18 000 people 3 hours from a major city (Perth) and
not having contact with other L.C's, sometimes I do panic that I am
missing something.  I do subscribe to lots of journals and of course
the wonderful supplier of knowledge, Lactnet, but with the way that
medicine changes daily just about, I do like to confirm things with
all you guys!!
