This Friday (Dec 26) breastfeeding moms and their infants will come to
the lab at my school and participate in a research project. I will
culture fresh ebm and ebm left over from a bottle feeding. The testing
will be quantitative (Standard Plate Counts) and qualitative
(identification of bacteria). Hopefully the study will shed some light
to the "can I refeed my baby a bottle" question.
