Well, what exactly is affordable?

  I can tell you my husband's family back in Viet Nam could not afford to
purchase formula for 6 months.  The family had a fit when my husband used
all the sugar in the lemonade he made for them.  He wasn't worried
because he planned to by them more of course.

  What about water?  They don't even have outhouses----it's just a hole
in the ground.

I understand what UNICEF is trying to do, but I have many concerns.
