I have worked with moms who have hives which we concluded was due to initial
stress and was perpetuated by constant responsibility. To break the cycle,
I recommended Rescue Remedy, which can have an antihistiminic effect in its
calming.
Mom puts 4 drops in everything she drinks round the clock for a week or so.
It has resolved the hives in every case. One mom continued it for quite a
while because with 3 "active" children she felt the RR kept her frustration
at a wholesome level. She can drop it into a small or large quantity of
water, juice, etc. One even asked if she could put it into her diet soda!
Oh well... I did suggest that she try to cut down on the caffeine during
this period.
I'm sure you have Rescue Remedy there, as it is produced in England. It's
in all of our health food stores here.
