There is a nice discussion of Reglan in "Therapy Consultation" in Clinical
Pharmacy, Vol 12, July 1993, p 479-480, by Philip Anderson and Veronica
Valdez.

Also, article from Pediatrics, 1986, Vol 78, No 4 p 614-619. "Metaclopromide
Effect of Faltering Milk produacion by Mothers of premature infants" By R.
Ehrenkranz and B Ackerman.

I have found that in stimulating a faltering milk supply, nothing has more
success and longer lasting effects than assessing and fixing the Mother/baby
action , (or in the case of separation, the mother/pump fit and action), and
correcting (or working on) timing, fluid and stress issues.
