Using unmodified goat's milk is similar to using unmodified cow's milk.
Still way too high in most minerals, protein, micronutrients, etc. About
the same calorie-wise (I think 21/oz). There are lots of conversations about
goat's milk in the archives. Mecklenburg Dairy in CA will give you more
information (they are the biggest commercial goat's milk people in the
country). Would NOT recommend goat's milk -- solute load too much for baby's
kidneys.
