Dear Lactnuts,  I can't believe it!  (Not that I mind.)  I thought a couple
of people wanted those handouts!   :)  (Publish, Jack!  Call it Dr. Jack's
Handy Dandy Breastfeeding Guide.  We'll definitely buy it!)  At any rate,
hold all further requests for a while.  I will be out of the office tomorrow
and most of Thursday and Friday, so don't email a request because after so
many my mail box starts dumping.  I won't be back all day until Monday.  And
right now the copy machine guy is in there working on the copy machine (not
my fault or yours, I promise!), so I'm sidelined for now.  Keitha -- on
intimate terms with the copy machine!  :)
