I do not remember hearing of such a registry. About a year ago * I * was
going to place such a registry , free of charge ,  on the net, and I
even collected names and locations , but was told I could be held liable
for this , if ppl misrepresented themselves. I have still been
considering doing it , what are the thoughts of you all out there?  Do
you think it would be useful?
