Thanks for noticing.  I am a RNC, IBCLC, CCE "used "mostly for staff
nursing.  Last night I took care of three Med/surg patients.  My manager
is only giving me 4 hours as an LC because she knows I'll make up the
hours as staff.  I get paid the same for both positions. Do you hear my
frustration??  Happy Holidays EVERYONE.
