Learning to hand express is sort of like a trick and it takes practice.  I
tell moms that it is like learning to type or play the piano.  Practice,
practice, practice.  I give out Marmet technique sheet from LLLI. I also
remind moms that it is something they need to know how to do because you
can forget the pump, but you always have your hands with you!  Sincerely,
