How do I get info on these t-shirts/transfers?

Also, I used to be a family daycare provider in central Virginia, a/k/a the
land time forgot.  They have just recently gotten up to speed with regard to
licensing.  At one time you had to pass an exam to spray insecticide but
could watch a bazillion kids without any licensing.  It is not surprising
that they are having a hard time dealing with the bf issue; they haven't
really figured out day care itself yet.

Likewise finding the oxygen thin at soapbox altitudes...
