I have a new friend.  She knows about my work, so she shared her very
interesting personal experience.

She has been leaking milk since her long-ago-weaned son was born.

He is now 23 years old !

She was in the Navy for years and was completely checked on two ocassions.
There are no bad problems.  It's not enough to need pads in her bra...... but
it is THERE.
