There should be no real issue with implants, silicone or saline.
Saline is just salt water, after all.  If there were a major leak, the
mother would know it.  And if it were a slow leak, no big deal.

We have had a number of women breastfeeding on lithium.  You just have
to watch and follow the baby, and perhaps follow baby's blood levels,
if there are concerns.
