I'm still strugling with the hosp and the issue of workman's comp for
the independant LC. Meanwhile, the ped's who are helping are looking
into whether or not the independant psychologists on staff have to have
workman's comp ins prior to counseling patients. Kathleen and Jon I am
so grateful for your replies!!! Would any of the attorneys on the list
please comment as to whether or not this would be necessary from their
point of view. I'll keep you advised as this is an issue those of you in
private practice could run into.
Thank you again
Elisa
