Would that be that breasts that have lactated have a certain "je ne sais pas
quoi"?  I don't remember the exact wording, but I do smile each time I
remember the post in which Dr. Jack spoke appreciatively of lactating breasts
and those that have lactated.  How nice to have that affirmation ;)
