The progestin only pill to *increase* supply?  Helllllo!  I would get her off that if there hasn't
been a considerable increase.

Metoclopramide (Reglan) 10 mg four times a day, is a better pharmacologic approach.  The
mother probably wouldn't need it very long (a couple of weeks).

Don't forget kangaroo care to increase supply.
