Not sure if this has been posted yet, however I will continue! ;)
Apparently the wording "BREASTFEEDING ASSOCIATION OF AUSTRALIA"  was
rejected by the Australian Post Master General as an unacceptable (or
possibly too explicit)  postal address-name back in the 1960's.  The
non-confrontational and ambiguous (in Australia) word of "Nursing" was
deemed eminently more appropriate.

Much lively and healthy debate does continue within NMAA and will
hopefully do so too in Lactnet.
