That's how I perceived the ending. To me one of the funniest parts was when
Paul was talking about his physical and how good it was, and he obviously
forgot what numbers were supposed to be his BP, and he said it was "something
good over something good." Yeah Paul, mine too....most of the time!!
Jamie flubbed her lines too, but I don't remember which ones. They are really
very good actors -- I hate most sitcoms because the acting is basically LOUSY,
but this one is good -- at least, Paul & Helen Hunt are good. The rest of
them are mostly ho hum....
Ah for the good old days of I Love Lucy and MASH.
Sigh.
