I have come in on the end of this thread, but we had one doctor treat
head lice with vinegar water.  I believe it was about one cup to a
gallon.  He said to soak hair in it, then leave it in over night.  I
don't know if it worked.  He didn't want a pregnant mom in her first
trimester using kwell.
