With all due respect to our new member of LactNet, no herbs have human
immunological factors, live phagocytic cells, or many of the other
ingredients in breast milk that help babies thrive, or that helped Pam's
son. There is nothing else in nature that comes anywhere close to the
miracle of breast milk for human babies. Cows' milk for calves, rabbit milk
for bunnies, human milk for humans. Herbs have their place in the diet of
an older child/adult, but they don't hold a candle to breast milk.
