About a week ago I asked how to help a mom who had a sudden drop of supply, shortly after her second dose of depo-provera. 

A week of snuggling and feeding ad lib, oatmeal breakfasts and better diet in general, blessed thistle and fennugreek, AND Bach Rescue Remedy, have all done wonders.  Mom's supply is higher than it was before the drop, infant is feeding much more happily, and mom is much less stressed.
