According to whose rules is it that formula isn't supposed to be advertised to the general public? WHO? or whom. Are they allowed to advertise in parenting-type magazines? Or only to hospitals and pediatricians offices and other health-care providers. What are the intricacies, here?
Thanks -- I'm working to draft a letter to networks that show a baby bottle or formula in the background, regarding the fact that advertising formula is a no-no, and that showing these things (brand recognition advertising) should therefore be taboo.
