Dr Jack - couldn't resist diving in here.  I worked with a baby a couple of
years ago that would sometimes regurgitate milk *through her nose* as she
was breastfeeding.  Extremely disconcerting for the mum at first who liked
to nurse lying down.  We worked on ways to have the baby slightly more
upright.  It kept happening for a while, but baby gained well.  It was messy
at times, but not really a problem.
