Yes this vaccine is in my newest edition, but to be honest we do not have a lot
of data on its use in breastfeeding mothers.  It is a live attenuated vaccine,
and the virus probably would pass into milk.  The virus has been reported to
pass between individuals.

It is not indicated for infants less than 1 year of age and I would think it
unwise to use in mothers of weakened, premature, or immunodeficient infants.
