this mom has an almost 4 year old who has recently weaned from one nursing
a day the past year or so to none in the past 2 weeks.  her breast size
(already large to begin with) increased dramatically with pregnancy and
lactation and hasn't decreased at all.  she is now a few weeks pregnant
with her second child and is really concerned that breast size will
increase in size even more with pregnancy and lactation this time.  any
comments or input?  what might she expect.  why wouldn't her size have
decreased with weaning/fewer and fewwer nursings per day . .. . any
help/suggestions appreciated.  thanks
