At the recent Western Region LLL conference, I'm pretty sure I heard
that it is important to effectively drain at least one side per feeding.
The second side just if baby is willing, alternating for the next
feeding.  For a newborn, these feeds were to help establish milk
supply.  Please clarify this at-least-one-side-thoroughly idea.
