The woman with the largest breasts I have ever seen (and I have seen
many--1000 new patients a year for the past few years), had no problem
at all breastfeeding exclusively to 6 months.  They were the size of
*big* watermelons--without exaggeration!  She may be the exception, but
on what basis do the authors make their statements?
