Kym - this is brilliant!  Where were you when I needed you?  I remember so
well trying to nurse both mine lying down and feeling as if the skin on the
midline of my chest was going to split at any moment.  Can't wait for my
next set of client-twins to suggest this - or a "mod" with six ordinary
pillows suitably placed.  Thanks!
