Many thanks to all who wrote me with suggestions for the mom with the tiny
10 month old. She checked the Hong Kong growth charts Katharine West
provided the url for and says they show him in the 25th percentile, more
reassuring than the other figures she'd been given (baby's father is from
Hong Kong). She also reports that he demands cheddar cheese at every meal
now; at a Dr. appt this week (he still has an ear infection) he had gained
2 ounces in 2 weeks - more than he had gained in the past 4 months.

She wishes to get ahold of a book by Ellen Satter someone mentioned. Anyone
know more?
