Kim:  The only data I have are for age less than 20, from the Ross
Mothers' Survey.  They were as follows:
At hospital discharge:
1987 - 34.8% (compare 49.9% 20-24 yrs; 62.2% 25-29; 67.1% 30-34)
1990 - 30.0% (   "    44.0%   "        57.3%   "    64.2%   "  )
1993 - 36.6% (   "    49.0%   "        60.2%   "    65.9%   "  )
1995 - 42.8% (   "    52.6%   "        63.1%   "    68.1%   "  )
At 5-6 months:
1987 -  7.5% (   "    15.5%   "        25.6%   "    33.0%   "  )
1990 -  6.3% (   "    12.1%   "        21.2%   "    30.0%   "  )
1993 -  7.5% (   "    13.9%   "        22.6%   "    29.4%   "  )
1995 -  9.8% (   "    15.8%   "        24.7%   "    31.1%   "  )
