I have picked up the information from more knowledgeable LCs that any nipple
creams should be for skin and not for mucous membrane surfaces. I, hence,
recommend OTC anti-fungals that are for the dermis. As I posted recently, I
recommend L....in AF. (which, by the way, is Anti-Fungal and not Athlete's
Foot. Not that it would matter, but moms don't like the locker-room
connection.)
