Jay,
        Disposable diapers make great hot packs.  Run the tap until the
water is hot, run the diaper underneath.  Those puppies don't leak, and
they keep the heat in.  Newborn-sized diapers are usually breast-sized.
Larger ones fit knees, heels and ankles. :-)
