Margie mentioned using disposable diapers as hot packs. I have found
that they make great cold packs. Run them under water, put in the
freezer over night. Then they can be used as cold packs to relieve
engorgement. I've had good feeback about this from mothers here in
Israel, where its so hot so much of the year.
