  to date there has been NO real data to substanciate that a) silicone gets
into the milk or that b) once there there is a problem.

   the ONE study by levine is very tainted... his eight children were from
three families.... even he reputed his article.

    silicone is widely used in medications that are given to children so I
would borrow from Jack ( asking permission naturaly) that the known risks of
not bf are far greater than the theoretical risks of her breastfeeding.
