Hello to all of you!

I am new to Lactnet and have come to really appreciate all the wonderful
information (and opinions!) you all have to offer. I am a LLL leader
in Portland OR and I find this to be a wonderful place to learn and
increase my knowledge. So now, on behalf of a group mom, I have a
question for you all. This mom is currently nursing a 28 month old
daughter once a day, about 6 out of every seven days. Mom wants to get
pregnant again and has been unsuccessful for the last 3 months. Her
period is "long but regular", as she described it, about 30-32 days and
it returned at 12 months postpartum. She's wondering if the little bit
that she's nursing her daughter could be affecting her fertility. It
doesn't seem to me that it's a "problem" yet, but she really wanted me
to get some other opinions. Any ideas? Thanks!
