According to Dr. Hale's book, this NSAID has a protein binding of 99% (very good), oral
availability of 38% (also very good).  It does have a long half life (about 20 hours), so why not
try ibuprofen (half life about 2 hours)?  The NSAID's, despite company propaganda to the
contrary are really all about the same.  Ibuprofen does have 80% bioavailability, so from this
point of view it is less good.

Probably both are quite acceptable with breastfeeding.
