Carol,
    I have seen the Sear's book at those book warehouses at outlet
malls. Unfortunately, I have not been able to buy it as we were
Christmas shopping at the time, and I never seem to get to those malls
at any other time of the year. Since I have been to a few in KY, IN and
MI, I would say that is a good place to start. I can't remember if it is
in the religion section (I believe it is) or parenting section.
