I have been asked by an LC to provide a good reference backing on
continuing to breastfeed with diarrhoea. She has the opportunity to
change the standard advice given by a group of doctors.

Help please.  References from on high that doctors will believe.

Also, another request.  Supportive information re why 4kg (10lb) babies
should not be routinely supplemented because of "hunger".
