I think common sense would tell us that smoking and BF is worse.  The dose
on patch  will be decreasing over a period of time to 0 when she completely
quits.  Smoking levels will stay constantly high in home whether BF or not
if mom continues to smoke.!  I'd go for quitting anyday.  Will be curious
to see what Dr. Hale has to say!  Pat in SNJ
