Any way to have these things quietly disappear (like into the trash)?  I'd
get a head honcho in on this one to back you up.  If you are the head
honcho, gather up the freebies, and send them back to the Rep C.O.D., with a
letter politely reminding him that you said "NO" and No means NO.
