"Sunshine on your breasts will make you happy..."  a take-off on the John
Denver song.   But truly, direct sunlight, being v. careful not to burn,
will often cure the psoriasis up within a few days.  It may be necessary to
expose the nipples for 5-10 min/d then gradually up the length of time to
15-20, it all depends on the part of the USA  you live in and the time of
day you go out.
I have had psoriasis since I was l7 and never have taken medication or
creams for more  than a few times because they have such limited
